Since the beginning of my career, I’ve focused on a data-driven approach to solving problems for my clients. More recently, I decided to take my experience of using data in decision making from the recruiting and HR world and make the jump into analytics. Currently, my work involves building scaleable products for recruiting managers, recruiters, and recruiting leaders at one of the largest employers in the world. I fully live by the principle that our customers can be our biggest teachers and constantly seek ways to improve my approach through feedback and conversation.
